H.E.L.P. for Pets, Inc. has been quietly but steadily assisting pet owners find low cost spay/neuter and individuals trying to stabilize the free roaming cat population in the Danbury area for decades. Fran is incredibly patient, helpful and knowledgeable about trap, neuter, return, foster and adoption of needy pets. They have helped hundreds of pets gain spay/neuter and happy homes in the Danbury area. Thank you H.E.L.P. for Pets, Inc.
