Tails of the Free is a small rescue located primarily in Chester County, PA. We pull animals from local trappers, owner surrenders and from high kill shelters. Since we have only ever adopted out a small number of dogs and since there are so many wonderful dog adoption groups we have decided to focus entirely on cat adoptions.
