Last Chance Rescue, Inc. is a no-kill, cage-less animal rescue and refuge located in Northwest Indiana. Our mission is to cultivate restoration, opportunities, and life-long friendships for animals and people. We believe that all animals deserve love and care regardless of age, physical, or behavioral disabilities. Through socialization and rehabilitation, we work to restore trust with those who have previously suffered abuse or injury. We seek to teach and promote the importance of spaying and neutering, as well as the prevention of animal cruelty. Lastly, we create life-long friendships between our loving animals and responsible adopters.

Adoption process
To adopt a pet from our list, complete the adoption application and email to lastchancerescuecb@gmail.com or mail to: P.O. Box 398, Schererville, IN 46375. All of our animals are spayed or neutered and are current on vaccinations. Dogs are heartworm tested and on preventative medicine. Cats are tested for feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV).

I was at this event today and was absolutely appalled at the way the cat and dogs were displayed at your booth!! All the other pet rescues had fans on there animals to cool them off since it was 90 plus degrees in the shade! Yours were not and that poor cat was panting so hard and fast I thought it would pass out. The dogs were pretty much in the same situation but at least after I went by your booth twice the 2 ladies put them under the table for some shade. I know that you’re a rescue place but what I seen was uncalled for and hope those animals out there were ok.
