Friends Of Prairie Grove Pound

About

Friends of Prairie Grove Pound is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), dedicated and growing group of volunteers and fosters who are committed to the homeless animals in our community. We well-check, vaccinate, microchip and spay or neuter all pets adopted from the City of Prairie Grove Pound. We are committed to making improvements to the pound in order to make the animals' stay more comfortable until they are fostered or adopted.

Adoption process

1. To request an adoption or foster application, email friendsofprairiegrovepound@gmail.com 2. One of our volunteers will review the application, check existing vet records (if applicable) and contact your references. 3. You will be contacted by one of our foster/adoption volunteer coordinators who will discuss the next steps. Adoption Fees: Dogs - $50 - Includes spay/ neuter, all vaccinations and a heart worm test. Cats - $20 - Includes spay/ neuter, all vaccinations and ear tip (ferals only)
