CHIPPER'S DOXIE AND NEWFIE RESCUE was started as a tribute to our beloved senior rescue dachshund "Chipper " who we adopted from a rescue on Petfinder. We only had him in our lives for 2 short months before he was called to the Rainbow Bridge . In his memory we rescue not only Dachshunds and Newfoundlands from high kill shelters and pounds but other breeds as well. We also will take owner surrenders if the dogs have been spayed/neutered and have a negative heartworm test.
