About

Cat Adoption Team Services (C.A.T.S.) is a non-profit organization working to protect and save cats in the Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts area. We support Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) efforts throughout RI to control overpopulation and ensure the health and happiness of our feral cat community. In addition to our work with feral cats, we rescue and facilitate the adoption of abandoned, neglected, and abused cats - providing them with medical attention, fostering them, and helping them find permanent loving homes to be adopted into! We are not a shelter, but a rescue organization. We are frequently overrun with cats that need help, and all our volunteers use their own time and money to provide the cats they foster with the best care possible. Please consider saving a cat in need - who will surely become your new best friend!

Adoption process

1. Adoption Application. We require an adoption application to be fully completed. Do not leave any questions incomplete. You can can complete and email to catadoptionteam@aol.com or mail it to the address on the form. 2. Vet Reference PLEASE make sure to give your vet permission to release records to our adoption team. 3. Proof of Home Ownership OR Landlord/Condo Approval 4. Meet our Cats & Kittens. 5. Adoption Day! Once steps 1-4 are completed and approved, we will set up a time for you to pick up your new family member(s)!
