Animals-R-Family is active in 4 areas: 1) We rescue dogs and cats from kill shelters, provide veterinary care and find them loving forever homes. 2) We crosspost dogs for kill shelters.3) Surrender Intervention: With roughly 2-3 million dogs and cats killed in shelters across the US every year, we need to help people keep their pets in their home, rather than surrendering them to shelters. We provide free / low cost: - spay/neuter, vaccinations and other vet care; -food, bedding, toys, leashes, collars, etc. 4) We encourage a plant-based life, for humans and dogs, as that is the only way to save animals.
