We’re the Cat’s Meow is an organization of volunteers who come together to try and improve the lives of unwanted dogs and cats through the use of love and humane treatment. We are a 501c3 non profit striving to save unwanted and abandoned animals in the East Valley area. Local animal shelters receive on average, 150 animals A DAY because they are no longer wanted by their owners for one reason or another. Because of this, many of these healthy and very lovable animals are killed. We strive to keep animals from being subjected to the pain of living in that environment and ultimately being killed. Our cats are combo tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV. All animals are spayed or neutered, and have received age appropriate vaccinations.
We're very pleased that you're considering adopting a future family member from us. We use this form to help us understand your needs and your expectations. We're confident that we can match you with just the right pet companion. It all begins with the Adoption Application, which you can complete and submit on-line. We'll begin processing your application as soon as we receive it, and will contact you as soon as possible. All our pets are in foster homes, so please be patient with us and allow us time to schedule convenient times for all. Cat and dog adoptions require an adoption fee. Cats spayed or neutered, de-wormed, tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids, are vaccinated. Dogs are spayed or neutered, treated for parasites if needed, and are vaccinated. Please email us at azcatsmeow@gmail.com or phone 480-278-9744 if you have questions about the adoption process. If there’s no answer, please leave a message and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible. Adopting an animal is a big decision and a lifetime commitment, so please help us in making this a successful adoption! This application is designed to help us help you make the best possible choice - the right home for each animal and the right animal for your home. Please reply to the following questions carefully and completely.
