We Love Animals Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home homeless, abused, and neglected cats and dogs. Each animal is brought to the Humane Society of Broward County to be spayed/neutered and vaccinated, which is also available to the public at reduced cost. We also work with local veterinarians in providing any necessary treatment or surgical procedure. Medical bills and boarding are the primary expenses. We also aim to decrease the euthanasia rates of cats in our high-kill shelters by participating in the Trap-Neuter-Return program. In a TNR program, community cats are humanely trapped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and then returned to their outdoor home. Non-feral cats are re-homed whenever possible. We also participate in community adoption events and maintain a cage-free shelter in Hollywood, Florida.
