About

A kitty rescue that takes in kittens and cats that are abandoned and in need of a temporary home. Our kitty residents come from many sources such as individuals who found a lonely kitten to area shelters that are overcrowded. We have taken in kitties from as far as south Atlanta and even from Arlington, Texas. We are not your typical rescue group since we have our own facility. We try not to kennel anyone unless it is for illness, for social purposes (bullying the other kitties), or for surgery recovery. Otherwise, they get the run of their assigned room. This allows them to socialize and play with other kitties, watch the birds outside the windows, and be in more of a home-like environment. We have a variety of volunteers so all of our kitties are exposed to adults, teenagers, kids, vacuum cleaners, regular nail trims, and ear cleanings. Our kitties usually adjust really quickly to an environment change when they go home. We host meet and greets and adoptions by appointment only!
