The Humane Society Naples - Von Arx Adoption Center

Humane Society Naples’s new satellite adoption center, von Arx Adoption Center, opened its doors in December 2019. This satellite adoption center, located at 2400-7 Immokalee Road in the Greentree Center, presents the opportunity for HSN to assist even more animals in our community searching for their furever homes. The new 3,000 sq. ft. center focuses solely on adoptions and is being generously underwritten by Dolph and Sharon von Arx. At capacity it can hold up to 40 dogs, cats and small animals. With bright open animal dog kennels and cat rooms, Humane Society Naples hopes to provide both its adoption center residents and potential adopters with a positive experience that removes any of the negative stigmas some might still associate with animal shelters. HSN is using this new adoption center as a test model for potentially more satellite adoption centers in the future.

Adoption process

Step 1: Search our website and check out all of the dogs, cats and small animals currently available for adoption. Step 2: Visit our adoption center to meet your pet. Meet with an Animal Care Team member to ensure that your pet is the right fit for you. To help find your best match, feel free to bring your children and furry family members down to our adoption locations for a playdate. Step 3: Take your pet home and begin loving your new family member!
