Texas Alaskan Malamute Rescue

About

Texas Alaskan Malamute Rescue Association is a 501(c)3 charity and nonprofit breed assistance, rescue, rehabilitation, adoption, and education organization. We provide state and local welfare assistance for Alaskan Malamutes and their owners. TAMR receives no government funding and relies solely on private donations, public support, and our special events proceeds to help rescued Malamutes, companion animals, and pet owners. Our organization is dedicated to the welfare and protection of all Alaskan Malamutes. It consists of a network of people, all volunteers, who love this breed and who are committed to ensuring that every deserving Malamute will have a good home. We provide rehabilitative and foster care homes for rescued Alaskan Malamutes, assist people who wish to own a good dog, and help Alaskan Malamutes find permanent loving homes. TAMR is a state affiliate and charter member of the Alaskan Malamute Assistance League (AMAL), a 501(c)3 nonprofit and the national Alaskan Malamute rescue assistance organization sanctioned by the Alaskan Malamute Club of America (AMCA).
