The SPCA of the Triad is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue organization, dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of abused, neglected, and injured animals. We have three missions in the Triad Community of North Carolina: The rescue of animals, the education of the community, and the promotion of spaying and neutering animals.

Adoption process

If you are interested in adopting a furry friend from the SPCA of the Triad, please fill out an adoption application. It is imperative that you spend some time together to see if you may be a good fit for each other. Animals have unique personalities just as humans do. A pet is fur-ever family, and a part of your family. Make sure that your chosen match will be a good fit for your home and your lifestyle. We take adoptions very seriously at the SPCA of The Triad. Each application must be filled out in it's entirety. We will require a vet history for previous animals, however we welcome hearing about the history as well. If you have other dogs, they should be on heartworm preventative. We are thorough in our Application Check. Please allow up to 5 business days for your application to be processed.
