Mission Statement: To provide the best care and love for ALL unwanted Dobermans regardless of age or health concerns. To eliminate the suffering of Dobermans who have been victims of neglect and/or abuse. To rehabilitate and re-place these Dobermans in permanent loving homes. To SPAY/NEUTER all Dobermans introduced into Rescue.

Adoption process

All potential adopters must fill out an application. This is provided so Doberman Rescue can thoroughly screen all new owners. This ensures that all dogs will go to acceptable homes. Animals must be kept current on vaccines and heartworm prevention. They must not be chained or tied to trees, fences etc. They must be house dogs and not exclusive yard dogs. All owners must keep Doberman Rescue current on phone and address information. Animals must be returned to Doberman Rescue should the new owner be unable to keep them under the specified conditions.
