About

Silver Lake Animal Rescue is a nonprofit 501(c)3 rescue organization dedicated to providing, through foster care, a safe haven for abandoned, abused or unwanted domestic animals. All animals in our care are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and receive all life saving or necessary medical attention. Only when we feel one of our fosters is emotionally and physically healed, will we begin the search for the correct human companion for each, ensuring a permanent and loving home. Silver Lake Animal Rescue is not a shelter facility. Fostering is provided in the private homes of our volunteers. Silver Lake Animal Rescue strongly believes that all animals deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. The ultimate goal of Silver Lake Animal Rescue is to create a healthier and kinder community for humans and animals alike.
