We are a grass root Animal Rescue Organization saving the lives of hundreds of homeless and abandoned pets each year. Our mission is to rescue dogs and cats before they end up at the pound or humane society and place them for adoption to loving homes. ALL of our animals are spayed or neutered prior to adoption.
Think it through very carefully. Do you have the time, energy and resources to devote to a new or additional pet? Are you committed to caring for the pet for the next 10-15 years? Do you know what kind of pet would be best for your household?. We can help you determine that. If you have an interest in one of our fosters, but you are not sure if it would be a good match please call Bob at (623) 680-1170. Browse our website to see all awaiting adoption. To request to do a meet and greet with any particular dogs or cats please give us a call. Each foster’s bio has a contact phone number. Robin Hood Animal Rescue is committed to the animals it rescues for their entire lifetime. Therefore, once an animal is adopted, RHAR reserves the right to: Check on the pet at any time to ensure its well-being. Remove the pet from the home if any conditions of the adoption contract have been violated or, if in the opinion of RHAR, the environment is unsafe. If at any time you cannot keep your pet, you must return it to RHAR and not to any other individual, another animal rescue group or shelter. Please be aware that the animals available for adoption are rescue animals and, as such, have often been exposed to a variety of diseases. Like human illnesses, these disorders can have an incubation period of up to several weeks. If the pet you adopt shows signs of illness at any point, please first give us a call. Although we are not vets, we have a number of vets who will help us with information. If necessary, we will recommend to take the pet to the vet for treatment
