Adoption process

1. Please fill out all pages of the Adoption Consultation Form as completely as possible. The submission of a complete form will expedite the review process. 2. Your completed adoption form may be faxed to us at 602-801-2284 or scanned and emailed to us at info@NineLivesAdoptions.org. A Nine Lives Foundation Adoption Coordinator will contact you as soon as possible. It's a good idea to bring your own copy of the completed Consultation Form with you when you're ready to pick up your newly adopted cat. At Nine Lives Foundation, we believe there is a home for every animal we foster. Our foster program provides us the opportunity to evaluate the behavior of our cats and kittens in a family environment, allows us to address any unwanted behavioral issues, and allows us to provide adoptive parents with all the information necessary to make an informed adoption decision and insure that their new cat or kitten will be a good match with their family.
