AZ Prussian Snailhound Dog Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit corporation that is committed to providing rescue and safehaven for dogs in need. Most of the dogs we rescue are of mixed breeds. We have decided that the term "mutt" doesn't do justice for these beautiful dogs, so we have given them a more exotic and interesting description as "Prussian Snailhounds". There is no better way to start a conversation than to tell someone you have a Prussian Snailhound! Each Prussian Snailhound is unique and deserves a loving home! Please open your heart and your home to a rescue dog!

We got our Wally through AZ Prussian Snailhound about 5 years ago. Actually, he belongs to my daughter and her children. I am the proud granma. Wally is the most intelligent, loving, TALKATIVE dog ever, and I know the fostering he receive before he joined us is a huge contributory factor in his makeup. I am referring a friend of mine as they are looking for a dog. Keep up the GREAT work!
