We are a 501(c)(3) rescue located in Traverse City, Michigan. We do not receive government funding. Our rescue depends on our supporter's kind donations, and on our personal paychecks. All itemized or cash donations are tax deductible. Hurlin's Parrot Rescue is a home based Husband/Wife team specializing in urgent or severe parrot rescue cases in Traverse City, Michigan. Mission: To rescue and rehabilitate every parrot in need that we possibly can, with the hope that someday our services will not be needed. We strive to work with and support our fellow rescuers and educate the public about the plight of the captive parrot.
