The Humanity for Healthy Animals Foundation’s mission is to promote the humane treatment of all animals, and to reduce the number of homeless animal companions in the City of Fresno. We believe that the City of Fresno can one day serve as a model city that is fully compassionate towards its animals. As a result of our work, we envision that one community at a time will follow our model, until the United States becomes a world leader in addressing animal welfare issues by creating and upholding legislation to properly care for and protect all animals.
