Adoption process

Once you are ready to commit to the adoption of one of our pets you will need to complete an Adoption Application. You may print this application in advance to bring with you. If your application is approved, you will be required to pick up your new pet within 24 hours. This is so we can quickly fill the space with another homeless animal that needs to be rescued, often from euthanasia at a kill shelter. You will be required to sign an Adoption Contract at the time you pick up your new pet and also pay an Adoption Fee. Adoption Fees are dependent on the particular animal that you choose to adopt and can range from $50 for an adult cat up to $250 for a small breed puppy. If you have any questions regarding the fee for a pet you are considering adopting, please ask one of our staff members.
