About

HSAR is a cage-free, no-kill shelter. Our cats and kittens roam freely in their rooms. They play with volunteers and with each other. They find their own favorite places for cat naps - in the sun, in a cozy bed, or in a cat tree. This home-like environment makes for a less stressful stay at the shelter until a forever home is found.
