About

We take in Pekingese and other small dogs turned over to us by their owners as well as those we rescue from southern California Animal Control facilities. By the time we rescue them, many need expensive vet care to make up for years of neglect - dental treatments, eye doctors, skin medications, etc. We don't adopt them out until we have done everything possible to make them healthy, well-adjusted pets. Many Pekingese can live happy, healthy lives into their upper teens!

There are at least 6 feral cats that hang out at the Target parking lot. I fed them for about a year when I worked there and still go down twice a week. The staff was told last week to stop feeding them per the property owner. If any of the listed rescues can get them it would be a blessing. They dont come out until around 8pm which was when I used to feed them
