Almost Home Animal Rescue is a nonprofit, tax-deductible 501(c)(3) organization founded by Val Israel and Nancy Travis in 2010. AHAR is dedicated to the rescue and care of cats and dogs in need in Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange, San Bernardino, Kern, and Riverside Counties. It is our goal to find each animal a safe and loving home.
