4 Paw Luv Rescue is an all volunteer 501(c)3 not for profit animal rescue organization that focuses on rescuing adoptable homeless cats in the Greater Chicago area and finding loving, permanent homes for them. In addition to our adoption program, we also provide low-cost spay/neuter services to small rescues and TNR efforts to battle the ever growing overpopulation of cats issue in the Chicago area.

Adoption process

Once you have decided that your family has found their purr-fect companion, an adoption counselor will provide you with an adoption application or you can download one here to print out and have it completed when you arrive. Please fill this application out completely. The adoption counselor will then review this information with you and your family, and if the adoption is approved, we provide you with information regarding the health and basic humane care of the cat you are adopting. Of course, we will also answer any additional questions you may have. The adoption process may take approximately 1 hour, please plan accordingly.
