Whisker Stop is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping local animals in need. We serve the Phelps County and surrounding areas, of Missouri. Our mission is to decrease the population and lessen the suffering of unwanted and feral animals in the Phelps County Missouri and surrounding areas, through spay/neuter programs and other no-kill alternatives.

If you are interested in adopting, you will need to fill out an application and have it approved. This is required for any meet and greets as well.
