Two Ladies Caring Dog Rescue is passionate about reducing the number of healthy and friendly dogs euthanized in Middle Tennessee. We rescue dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, and personalities. We accomplish this mission by rescuing dogs in need in Middle Tennessee, fostering them until they are ready for adoption, and thoroughly evaluating adopters to ensure the dogs enter a loving and nurturing home and family that will give them the care they deserve.

Adoption process

Adoption results in significant changes (both for your new pet and you). While your new pet is in foster care being evaluated, we want to ensure that the pet you choose is a great fit for you, your family, and your home. Our adoption application begins that process by gathering information. We want to know about your household, past and current pets, and the nature of the property where the pet will live. Once we review your applcation, we will begin the search for the perfect fit for you and/or your family. Some things to consider during this process are the activity level of the pet you’re hoping to adopt, your lifestyle, and how that will blend with your new pet. You also need to consider whether or not your yard has a fence, and any landlord requests/approvals you may need.
