It is the mission of Truth or Consequences Animal Shelter to: Provide a safe and healthy environment for abandoned and temporarily homeless dogs and cats until they can be placed in permanent caring homes. Provide education on effective methods for reducing pet overpopulation, including spay/neuter and the advantages of choosing a shelter pet over breeding or buying.
