We are a small group of dedicated volunteers based in Ashland, KY. We are located in what is referred to as the "Tri-State" area, as it is where WV, KY and OH meet. Given our location, we have access to assist needy dogs in all three states (within a certain mile radius). However, our primary focus is assisting dogs from our local shelter, The Boyd County Animal Control Shelter in Ashland, KY. Tri-State K9 Lifeline will assist rescues and shelters by pulling, fostering, networking, transporting and LOVING shelter dogs in need. We are a non-profit rescue group formed to help the neediest dogs and puppies in our area - the strays, the orphaned, the abandoned.
