The Cat’s Meow Rescue Group is an all-volunteer, non-profit (501(c)(3) public charity) cat rescue dedicated to providing a safe shelter for homeless cats while finding the loving, permanent homes they deserve. We care for cats and kittens from various backgrounds but most commonly we pull cats from animal shelters to reduce euthanasia due to overcrowding. We care deeply about our rescue cats and insist on adoptions being a good fit for both for the cat and humans. We educate adopters and the community about proper care for a cat, the harms of declawing, the importance of spaying/neutering pets and TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release) for community/feral cats.
