Saving Pets at Risk (SPAR) is a nonprofit, all volunteer, animal rescue organization based in Oklahoma. We rescue homeless pets, provide necessary medical attention, and carefully place them in a foster or permanent home. We strive to connect and inform supporters of our adoptable pets, volunteer opportunities, and donation information.
