R.A.I.N. is dedicated to rescuing cats and dogs from local animal shelters, individuals who no longer want or cannot care for their pets and animals who live their lives as strays. Our mission is to help as many animals we can, knowing that every single one we save makes a difference. Volunteers work to care for, socialize, protect, medicate, and above all, love these deserving animals.
