Rescuing Animals In Need

Have some puppies I really want to adopt but the only contact information listed is deborah@rainingpets.com and that e-mail is invalid/bounces back. There is no phone number or address otherwise listed anywhere that I can find and if you Google RAIN rescue (abbreviated or not) the only shelter that comes up is in Florida.
