1. Complete the application and submit the app to PAC. There is no obligation involved with completing and submitting an application. 2. PAC will review your application and call vet references. 3. Once approved for a specific pet, PAC will contact you to arrange a home visit. 4. Complete Adoption Contract, pay adoption fee and take home your new friend.
