We rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need. Pita & Pecan’s Animal Refuge is a 501(c)3 nonprofit rescue and sanctuary for lost and abandoned animals in and around Blount County, Alabama. We can house, evaluate, and treat dogs, cats, birds, and small farm animals on a space available basis; with the goal of rehoming once ready to adopt. All donations are tax deductible and receipts are provided upon request.
