Pets Haven is a "no-kill" non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation for animal rescue based in NW Arkansas. Pets Haven was founded in 1992 but rescue efforts go back more than 20 years. Pets Haven is a leader in providing humane care to lost and abandoned animals, rescuing sick, injured and abused animals, adopting pets to new homes, helping pets stay in homes, and educating pet owners and the public about the needs of companion animals. We offer pet behavior information and advice. Our mission is to provide a homelike atmosphere for abandoned cats and dogs. We provide emergency care and long term treatment for aged, sick or otherwise non-adoptable pets. We pursue the placement of all our pets to good and loving homes. Every pet is precious to us and we only euthanize, when the animal is suffering and there is no hope of regaining any quality of life. When funds permit, we help with spay and neuter efforts.
