Pet Helpers Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation out of Fairmont, WV, that was formed in September of 2008 to provide much needed support to pet owners, animal caregivers and other animal rescues in the North Central area of West Virginia. We are an all volunteer group of animal advocates who give of our free time, to give unfortunate animals in our area, a better life. We have no facility to house our animals. Instead, our volunteers foster the homeless animals in their own homes, where they receive socialization, love, and medical care, while they are waiting for their furever family to come along. Because we have no shelter or facility of any kind, and no paid staff at all, we are able to keep our operating costs to primarily vet care, food, and medications for our current animals. Our volunteers work tirelessly to place homeless animals from within our organization into loving homes, as well as providing assistance to other state and local Rescue Organizations to do the same.
