Adoption process

Each prospective animal adopter is required to sign an agreement in which he or she commits to have the animal spayed or neutered, to keep vaccinations current, to call PAWS first if they are unable to keep the animal, and to provide (dogs) heartworm medicine and annual heartworm tests. PAWS adoption fees are $90 for dogs and $40 for cats. This fee covers the charge of spaying or neutering of the animal. This fee is considered a donation and is non-refundable.
