Paws In The City

About

Paws in the City is a 501(c)(3) all-volunteer, no-kill organization with the commitment to ending the overpopulation, abuse, and neglect of Dallas/Ft. Worth area dogs. We have no paid staff. 100% of all funds raised goes directly to dogs in need. Our goal is that every adoptable dog gets a loving home. We have grown from a handful of exuberant volunteers to more than 150 dedicated volunteers. We are now one of the largest and most respected animal rescue groups in the Metroplex.

Adoption process

The application will be received by the Placement team, and one of the Adoption Coordinators will call you to review your application. After the phone call, approved applications will be sent to the Foster Coordinator to coordinate getting your potential new family member to you for an introduction or play date.
