Orphaned Pets, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation founded in 1990 with the sole purpose of helping unwanted domestic animals find compassionate, caring homes. Each dog and cat is rescued from a shelter and fostered in the home of a volunteer until adopted. The advantage is that the pet lives in a family setting. We are an all-volunteer nonprofit tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization and depend greatly on donations from the public.
