Our 501(c)(3) non- profit (public charity) organization is dedicated to animals and pet owners in need. Our entire team is dedicated to the safety of all animals. OWC speaks to elementary schools about the importance of the humane treatment to all animals. We also offer a low cost spay/neuter program, free straw delivery to outdoor animals, and pet food assistance, depending on availability.
