Adoption & Foster Process: 1. Live within 200 miles of Wakefield, VA. 2. Have not been convicted of animal or domestic abuse, neglect, or cruelty. 3. Agree to home inspection and 4. Agree to a background check. 5. A US citizen. 6. Complete the prequalify adoption application.
