I used to live by the so called 'Shelter' where they kept the dogs and all of the dogs are cooped up in pens all day long hidden from road view from trees and a ran down trailer. They barely have any room to move around and are never let out to run around. Its just rows of dog pens. The only good thing I'd have to say about the place is that they get fed and watered. But I can definitely ensure these fur babies aren't taken in with love. Saying this though you should adopt from here and give these dogs better lives but as for the shelter its self and the owner should not be allowed to 'care' for any other dogs or be allowed to take any more in without improving the establishment and the way they care for the animals.
