Left Behind K-9 Rescue lives by the quote from Karen Davidson that says, “Saving one dog will not change the world, but surely for that one dog, the world will change forever.” We specialize in rescuing pets with severe medical needs who come our way via our shelter and veterinary partners. LBK9 covers 100% of all medical needs and expenses for all our rescues until they are adopted.

Adoption process
We ask parties interested in adoption to thoroughly read and internalize LBK9’s Adoption Philosophy and fill out an online application. Upon receipt of an application, we will verify the information provided. Our Board of Directors will then review your application. If you are deemed a qualified applicant, we will reach out to schedule a phone interview. Once we have your qualified application on file, we will reach out when an adoptable pet becomes available. If it seems like a good match, we will schedule a meet and greet, and in-home visit.

My son has puppies that were born I believe in November. He has not been able to find them a home and he wants to give them a chance before they are grown. Can we bring these puppies to you to find a home?
