The Lakeland Animal Shelter - (LAS) - is a non-profit organization located at 3615 State Road 67 in Delavan, Wisconsin. Our skilled and committed staff, with the help of over 100 dedicated volunteers, care for over 3,000 homeless animals annually from the southeastern Wisconsin area. Our ultimate goal for these animals is to reunite them with their owners or find suitable new adopted homes.

Adoption process

Feel free to come visit us in person and see the animals when the Shelter is open: Monday - Friday noon to 6pm, Saturday - 11am to 4pm. To make your visit easier, fill out an Adopter Profile now, so we can have it waiting when you get here! We do require a 24-hour wait period before an animal would be adopted into your home once you have submitted an adoption profile. If you have not submitted a profile prior to your visit, you will be asked to do so at your visit prior to matching you with an animal for potential adoption.
