About

Our mission is to provide support and resources to animal shelters by reaching a broader community rescuing, rehabilitating, fostering, showcasing, and adopting shelter cats at off-site venues.

Adoption process

Complete an online adoption application. After you fill out and submit the application you get a confirmation message that we have received it. We will review your application and determine if you are the right fit for the cat(s) you are interested in. We try to screen all applications within 3 days, if you have not heard from us, please contact us as info@lapcats.org. Your adoption fee goes toward making sure your cat is healthy. This includes spay/neuter, inserting and registering their microchip, de-worming, treating for fleas, testing them for FIV and FeLV, rabies and FVRCP vaccinations.
