You'd think that someone who works "for donations only" who have a more charming personality. The lady greeted us with pointing in the (general) directions of the rooms and without any "real sense of welcoming". She was smug, condescending, and otherwise indifferent when answering my wife's questions. The cat we adopted is amazing.
