King Street Cats is proud to be the only all-volunteer, cat-exclusive, no-kill rescue facility in Alexandria, VA. Our mission is to provide a safe haven until the cats in our care find their forever homes, and to educate and assist the community in regard to cat welfare. Because we are a free-roaming facility, you can come visit with the "cat-friendliest cats" in town.

Adoption process

If you apply online, your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted via email. If you want to meet a cat or kitten that is in foster care, we will arrange that once your application is approved.
