Kansas Second Time Around Animal Rescue (KSTAAR) is an all-breed dog rescue serving Kansas. We do help shelters in other states when possible. Most of our animals come from rural animal shelters or are owner surrended. We live on 20 acres and the dogs are housed in our home. We do not operate a public kennel facility.
