Joseph's Legacy strives to regain hope and respect for all animals. We educate the public about animal welfare and inform them of the extreme lack of awareness. Joseph's Legacy rescues animals, including those in need of costly medical care, who would otherwise be turned away. Joseph's Legacy is a qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding specific questions about your deductions. EIN-46-4152993

Adoption process

If you are interested in adopting a cat, kitten or dog, please fill out the form. The decision to adopt a pet is an important one which we take very seriously. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and microchipped. Please take a moment to read and carefully complete this application. In order to adopt a pet, you must: be at least 18 years old; be able to provide references and identification; consent to a home visit; pay the adoption fee. Josephs Legacy reserves the right to deny any application. Please also remember, we are an all volunteer group. It may take us up to two weeks to fully process your application. We do not always work on a first come, first serve basis in regards to animal placement.​
